Acceptance of terms
By using this site or booking services with DJ Home Services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or book with us.
Services & estimates
Quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final price may change only if the scope of work changes — and we'll always get your approval before continuing.
Workmanship warranty
Labor is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of service. Parts and fixtures carry their manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–10 years). Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or acts of nature.
Payment
Payment is due at completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and checks. Financing is available on qualifying projects — see details at quote time.
Cancellation
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 dispatch fee.
Maintenance plans
Maintenance plans auto-renew monthly. You can cancel any time — service ends at the end of your current billing cycle. Plan visits are scheduled by appointment. Emergency dispatch applies only to plan members within our service area.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in Palm Beach County courts.
